These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jilicrow platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before you play.
By accessing the jilicrow website, creating a jilicrow account, or placing any wager on the jilicrow platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jilicrow platform and close your account. Continued use of jilicrow following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jilicrow account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. jilicrow reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilicrow login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jilicrow will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your jilicrow account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jilicrow support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
jilicrow is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
jilicrow accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:
The minimum deposit amount on jilicrow is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jilicrow reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
All transactions on jilicrow are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jilicrow account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. jilicrow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
jilicrow processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within an average of ten (10) minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your jilicrow account, you must:
jilicrow applies a withdrawal-to-source policy. Funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jilicrow are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific bonus terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account.
jilicrow reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
jilicrow reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be available to players who have been identified as professional gamblers or bonus hunters.
All games on the jilicrow platform that rely on random outcomes use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, jilicrow reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the players involved. jilicrow shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jilicrow support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. jilicrow's decision on disputed game results, made after review of server-side game logs, shall be final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilicrow platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits on their jilicrow accounts at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before they become active.
All content on the jilicrow platform, including but not limited to the jilicrow brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software, is the intellectual property of jilicrow or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilicrow platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jilicrow platform without the prior written consent of jilicrow.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilicrow's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilicrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilicrow platform, even if jilicrow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jilicrow does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilicrow shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
jilicrow reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jilicrow will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the jilicrow platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jilicrow through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team. jilicrow will endeavor to resolve all player complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
